Acceleration Program COO (Chief Operating Officer)

The project
eZecute is planning to launch an international startup acceleration program in Rome, Italy. This acceleration program will be developed in cooperation with a number of large international partners and aims to bring to Italy the best global practice in startup acceleration. Based in Rome, the acceleration program has the ambition to attract startups from all across the globe.

Job description
The Acceleration Program COO will be in charge of:

• managing the overall acceleration plan
• managing the daily operations of the acceleration program. 

His main tasks will be to:

• run smoothly the selection, acceleration and communication operations
  
• assist startups in completing all of their main assignments which include incorporation, business modelling, lean development and investor relations. 
• manage accelerator facilities  
• support relations with partners

Compensation
The Acceleration Program compensation is made of three components: base salary + quota acceleration program equity + quota acceleration program performance fee.

Requirements
The ideal candidate has:

• solid experience in all main phases of startupping (incorporation, business modelling, lean development and investor relations)
  
• high proficiency in written and spoken English
• Strong attitude to achieve business goals
• Strong presentation skill set
• Proven experience in business analitics
• Experience in leading teams to achieve their goals in a highly complex and working intense environment
• Graduation in economic or scientific studies
